The assignment is to choose one of the problems on the attached sheet. For example, “Crooked calf syndrome occurs fairly frequently in the PNW. A producer has called you and wishes information on how they should adjust their grazing system to reduce the incidence. You asked why they think grazing management is involved and they told you that they just read an article about it. What is crooked calf syndrome? How does it happen physiologically? What type of pasture and animal management can address the problem?”
The format should be typed, double spaced, 1 inch margins, font size 12, 1 page maximum (not including citations). If the paper does not follow this format will earn a 0 – VERY IMPORTANT THAT IT DOES NOT EXCEED A PAGE.
Paper must include
1. Original work
2. Introductory paragraph – VERY brief restatement of the problem in own words.
3. Body of the paper – solution to a problem or information on a topic and the evidence on which these aer based.
4. Summary – a sentence or two summarizing the important points presented.
