Use the above-linked template to submit excipient information for any suspension product that is available in the market. You are not required to purchase the product.
1) Take a picture of the product so the brand/generic name, strength and dosage form on the label are visible and copy it on the template
2) Access the part of the label that includes the active ingredient/s, dose, and inactive ingredients
3) Enter the dosage form, dose, strength of the active ingredient/s and list of the inactive ingredient information on the template
4) Look up the roles/purpose of each inactive ingredient relevant to the specific dosage form and enter them on the template
