The example can be a video of an experience, an email, an Instagram or other social media post or a picture of something you saw. It can be an example of good CRM practices or poor CRM practices. Explain either in video format or writing, why you think this is a good or bad example of CRM. Use examples from the book to help describe your experience.Students must also comment of three of your classmates videos each week. Comments must be meaningful and professional.
