project topic (Motivating Healthcare). In addition, you have
prepared the
outline for your topic and discussion that was performed in Unit V. Please
utilize your Unit V Project outline assignment in preparing your project
discussion and explanation. Refer back to the Unit V
Project submission for
further details. If you have gained additional information on your topic since
preparing the outline, feel free to include that information in your course
project. In your course project, you are addressing your health care research
information based on your topic, including these requirements: describe the
role of environment as it relates to your topic, explain the impact of planning
and development processes, describe the role of health care finance, and discuss
the leadership approach that is most
appropriate for your topic.
In addition, provide the following: an
introduction as was explained in the course outline requirements, an
explanation on how decision-making in health care and managing changes in
