Prompt: Throughout the course, we have looked at how women authors and their protagonists use their voices
in the novel. The novel has had the ability to act as a platform for women’s voices throughout history.
Looking at one of the works we have read, discuss this phenomenon: How does the author use the text,
and how do the characters in the novel use their voices? How does this text affect both the society in
which it was written and/or society today?
There needs to be atleast three claims for this paper, each backed up with textual evidence and then explanation for each claim.
