Please write a research paper on how COVID-19 changed the working day, how it changed employees who used to work out of an office and now work from home, how those employees were affected by if they were asked to return to work, and how COVID impacted company policies such as unlimited PTO/PTO, and holiday days. Sources must be US based.

You must perform scholarly research to complete this assignment. You MUST have
evidentiary support from the extant literature to develop your formal topical paper. I
strongly recommend at least two (02) parenthetical in-text citations per page and at
least 12 or more authoritative resources as the minimum expectations for this paper, 4
of which must come from peer-reviewed resources.
Utilize the identified resources from your annotated bibliography as a basis for your
research paper. If you completed the annotated bibliography process correctly, it will
make the research paper much easier to design and develop. Note that it is not
necessary to use all of the listed sources from the annotated bibliography. Conversely,
you may want to supplement that original list with other new and interesting sources,
which you have discovered subsequent to the annotated bibliography process.
