As you work on draft #2, consider the following suggestions:
1) adding the descriptions and details about your grandmother (what she wear, how does she look like) and the Non la’s importance to the Vietnamese culture
2) emphasizing the cultural significance of your grandmother’s words as you are a Vietnamese woman in America and that many in your generation might lose or slowly disconnect from the significance of the Non la.
