Your challenge at this time is to compose an essay, a minimum of five paragraphs, that supports
or opposes the thesis of Kim Tingley’s essay, Studies Show, as it appeared in the November 28,
2021, edition of the The New York Times.
So far this semester, you have learned and practiced several techniques to aid you in a
successful effort to complete this assignment. Be sure to include critical reading, paraphrasing,
and pre-writing in your preparation. Your essay must include at least five citations that reflect
your knowledge of the proper use of the words and ideas of others. Of course, you must
include a Works Cited page as well
You may use Hacker, your notes, and your pre-writing as you complete this assignment during
class on Thursday, March 24, 2022. You will have the full class period to finish the task. Think,
