– paper is at least six to seven pages in length including: cover (1 page) outline (1 page) and source (1 page)
– paper has a minimum of four different citations or credits on the source page.
– there is no plagiarism
– proper credit and citations are included within the body of the paper.
– paper includes the following: problem statement or issue (1 page) brief policy background (1 page) identify (at least three) major alternatives (1 page); and state preferred alternatives or recommendations with justification (1 page).
– paper includes the title of your policy paper and your name on the cover page.
