Research the category of alternative proteins and include pertinent information for both vegetative and cell cultured media in your discuss. Explain how these items are different from each traditional meat products with regards to their nutritive value and environmental footprint. Summarize the impact that alternative proteins have had on U.S. meat industry and any future trend you might be able to predict. Include at least (1) figure and (1) table that illustrates one of the aforementioned talking points. Discuss the table and figure in your summary.
Summary must be presented in Microsoft Word and must be between 1,500 and 2,000 words in length.
Use 12-point Arial font, narrow margins, and 1.5 line spacing.
Type your name in the header so that it appears in the upper right-hand corner of each page.
