Hi, I have to write a letter of recommendation for my master′s studies in Data Science. This LOR will actually be from my Manager at RT Knits Ltd where I am working as a Data Scientist from Feb 2021 till the present. However, from Jul 2020 till Dec 2020 I did my final year undergrad internship at that same company before shifting into the AI Department. So, I have already written two drafts. LOR_Internship.pdf is one from my manager during my internship and LOR_Data_Science is from my current manager working as a Data Scientist. 1. I wanted to know if we could pick some elements which I highlighted in the Internship LOR into the Data Science LOR. 2. I am switching major: Industrial Eng to Data Science. Hence, I want to showcase my programming, computer science skills, analytical reasoning and statistical thinking skills in the new LOR. I don′t want to just list my attributes without showing them the reason for how and when I demonstrated these skills. I want to show my initiative to take online courses on AI and apply them in real-life situations. 3.
