Please build a financial model of your life using https://projectifi.io/. Please write up at least a two page summary using screenshots from your model to explain the assumptions, life events, and variables you used within your model. The more realistic the model is, the higher the score you will get. Some things to keep in mind:
You will have more than one job in your lifetime guaranteed (https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/how-many-jobs-average-person-have-his-her-lifetime-scott-marker/)
Are you incorporating marriage / kids / into your model?
Please incorporate at least one year of unemployment in your model
Thing about the big things you will need to buy:
A car (or cars, the average life of a car is 10-12 years)
A house (or apartment to rent)
Subscription Services like Amazon, Netflix
Food Budget
Vacations big and small
Weddings / Funerals
College (Master’s or PhD?)
Build out your 401k plan
