assignment is 4 FULL pages in length, in APA or MLA format, Calibri 12 font, 1”
margins all around. Citations/references ( I look for both) in the body of the
report and separate cover and refence pages. If you include graphs or charts
the 4 pages must extended the same amount of space graphs/charts occupy. 10
points are allotted to following these directions.

1. How would
an organization develop their culture and values? What should be included and how
to go about it? Presume this is an new organization and developing them for the
first time.
2. What are the benefits of developing them and
communicating them to the employees in the organization?
