The master thesis should first explain what is desgin thinking and innovation methods. And then show training methods are commonly used by companies today. But many companies do not use training methods properly or do not know how to use them. So we need to do a comparative study of them to tell the companie/people how to choose and implement different innovation training methods on personnel/organization in various scenarios.
