This is a master thesis that focuses in the transition of a for-profit company (a Portuguese textile company) into a hybrid one, through the introduction of CSR practices, following 2 teaching questions: 1. How corporate social responsibility practices were introduced at mundotêxtil? and 2. What is the relationship of these practices with the company’s corporate social responsibility using the SDGs?
This shift has to involve 2 frameworks: “CSR model integrating drivers, implementation, target, vision, scope, and outcome” for the 1st question and “Proposed comprehensive framework for CSR implementation addressing SDGs’ contribution” for the second one. Both frameworks are included in the article “Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a Framework for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)”.

Mentioning the Tourky and Maon model in both frameworks is crucial, such as mentioning other reliable sources to sustain both frameworks since they are from a recent journal. It is crucial to define HO, types and the process through the framework, CSR and SDGs, the relation between them, and then the process through the framework.
I’m sending attached also 2 master thesis developed for the same research theme that scored 19, their literature review is good and includes all these documents.
This is a case study, a teaching case, that will consequently include questions to be answered so both frameworks have to be really well explained. I’m also sent a list of top journals by classification where 4 is the best score. I said 26 sources are required but if you feel that fewer are enough to fulfill the LR feel free to contact me, I just mentioned the number of articles sent.
