Unlike making a bill a law, the discussion of policy development tends to be more simplified. Among most sources, policy development is regularly reduced to four or five steps. Your first step is to conduct a web search using the terms “policy development process”. Explore at least five sources on this subject, THE POLICY CAN BE ON EMPLOYMENT, SCHOOL, COMMUNITY, OR ANY OTHER GROUP

You need to begin by identifying an issue of importance to you. Determine the sector or organization for the policy. You can write a policy for your place of employment, school, community, or among any group. You will, however, need to interview at least three people to gain insight into the issue and what should be done about it. These people will endorse your policy.
