Deadline is two weeks from now, looking for a very high quality writer who has a deep understanding of image processing, face recognition, voice recognition and AI. Face recognition is a challenging problem especially for face covered by mask, we want to identify people based on their faces while they are wearing masks. This might include but not limited to their audio signal. The proposal should include past work in this area, recent challenges, databases used, and a comparison between those databases. Proposed solution should identify people from their faces while they are wearing masks, and should highlight the effect of mask wearing on audio signal. (voice recognition) Attached files should be used, this is not limited to the attached files, minimum 50 references should be used and listed at the end of the proposal, cover page and list of figures, content pages are not counted.
