orange reading packet), but focus PRIMARILY on ACADEMIC sources from EBSCO, JSTOR and GOOGLE SCHOLAR

ESSAY TOPIC: PARENTING IN CHINA AND THE BAHAMAS
Authoritarian parenting is practiced by demanding parents who expect a lot from their children. Conduct research on authoritarian parenting in (rural) China, then write a Formal Documented Expository essay in which you compare and/or contrast Chinese authoritarian parenting with parenting styles practiced by some Bahamian parents. You may refer to research materials and/or well-known facts for information about Bahamian parenting styles.
NB1: in the thesis, identify THREE characteristics of Chinese authoritarian parenting
NB2: in each topic sentence, identify ONE characteristic of Chinese authoritarian parenting
NB3: in the Body, fully explain each characteristic of Chinese authoritarian parenting AND explain whether each characteristic is similar to or different from parenting styles practiced by some Bahamian parents
