Case Study Directions:
• Carefully read your assigned case study
• Answer ALL questions posed within the case study. Answer only the questions asked and be concise
• Add what you feel is the BEST recommended follow up for your patient
• Add what educational needs would be necessary for your patient
• Cite at least 2 recent (5 years old or less) journal articles that you used for reference in answering your patient questions
• Submit your completed paper on CANVAS in the assignment section before the assigned date/time. It allows for 1 submission only so make sure you submit your finalized version only
