Communication Process Analysis

Reflect on recent faculty meetings, (including team meetings, content meetings, etc…) observe your colleagues through a communication analysis lens. Consider the communication activities we have engaged in during class and your readings, including:
1. Reflective listening
2. Discussing formal and informal communication networks
3. Positional power and communication
4. Cognitive dissonance theory
5. Provide a reflection on one or more from the above after engaging in approximately 2 hours of these meetings.
