for second question this is the idea but use your own words add to it and fix it : ” This relates to what I’ve read in Fire in the Ashes, where the story of Alice Washington stands out. She had three children, wasn’t able to work because she was recovering from surgery, and had to leave her abusive, alcoholic husband. She ended up at EAU in New York, which was a harsh place for women like her but she was smart and kept pushing forward.
The readings and the book show how structural inequalities like Alice’s story make it harder for ethnic minorities to access resources and improve their lives. They highlight how poverty and social class create barriers that lead to worse health outcomes. Poverty affects everyone in the public health system because it creates a cycle of problems that ends up using up resources”
