In particular, this research will examine the distinct divergences of different high-risk industries. High-risk industries are those in sectors such as mining, construction, oil and gas, healthcare, and aviation.
These industries operate within contexts where safety and compliance are paramount both to the health and wellbeing of workers and also to establishment of safe systems of work.
The objective of this study is to navigate the multifaceted legal dimensions that constitute the foundation of HSEQ practices within high-risk industries. This study will therefore examine the legal obligations, potential liabilities, and regulatory frameworks that manifest in distinct ways across a spectrum of these diverse industries, thus utilizing a comparative approach analysis. Through this examination, the project aspires to reinforce safety management strategies and enhance adherence to compliance measures.
