Making sure trainings such as DEI are not only being implemented in the school system but in the justice system as well.
Eliminating/overcoming barriers such as microaggressions.
-DECRIMINALIZE OFFENSES THAT ARE NOT NOTEWORTHY SUCH AS TRUANCY.
Black girls are often incarcerated for status offenses that are not noteworthy in the justice system.
Getting such statuses decriminalized to help reduce/eliminate the number of Black girls incarcerated.
