Each response paper will address the following issues in a well-written essay: Using your own words, briefly explain the thesis, argument, or main point of the book.
What specific details or examples did the author use to support the thesis?
Which passages or phrases made a special impression on you, and why? Locate, read, and cite a published scholarly review of the book in an academic journal.
Explain why you agree or disagree with the author of the review. Each response paper should be approximately 2-3 pages (500-750 words), double-spaced, Font 12 with standard margins.
