2. How could your proposed training be used by employees to advance their careers within your organization? Why do you feel training is critical to career development (or not)?
3. Describe the investments that organizations must make in order to train and develop employees.

4. Has conducting this needs assessment exercise and subsequent discussions helped you better understand the complexities of training & development? Why or why not? Explain.
