Write a research paper on the employee-owned trust in the energy and military sectors, and the internal and external factors driving the growth of small to medium-sized organisations.I am studying a doctorate in business administration. There are 3 modules. 1 – proposal, 2 – pilot study, 3 – thesis.This is for the pilot study. I have generated some context (attached OBE 5007 doc) to work from.I have also attached the module 1 proposal to further understand the ask, and the survey results (pdf and excel) and the interview results. There is also a powerpoint guide from the university for this study.It needs to be critical, reflective and follow the wording guidelines. It needs to be in UK english, use up to date accurate references, and not just agree or disagree with academics, but to justify why and ideate solutions. Please remeber this is doctorate level. The reference format is harvard but i know there are lots of versions. Use the attached proposal as a guide as this is correct.The aim of the pilot study is to test the methodology. SPSS also needs to be used to analyse results. It is qualitative and quantitative.If any aspect is unclear please ask.
