The two conflicts used were: interpersonal conflict which was between husband and wife and the fact that the wife wanted a bed made every morning where the husband did not see the importance of making the bed every morning. The resolution was understand that the husband and wife had different feelings about a tidy bed and embracing the difference between both and having open communication to express how each were feeling. For an institutional conflict the conflict involved an employee who for religious beliefs did not celebrate birthdays but the company always sent out birthday wishes to all employees. The resolution to the conflict was that the company made changes and instead of celebrating birthdays they recognized work anniversary.
