The purpose of this assignment is to bring our Women in Management topic areas to life through a Working Woman Interview assignment. You will select a working woman with 15 years of professional experience to interview. You may record and/or take notes during the interview. Ideally, the working woman will be someone working in the field that you aspire to work in beyond graduation. Given the nature of the topic areas in our course, this capstone assignment will give you an opportunity to synthesize the learning with the experiences of real-world professionals.
Procedure or steps: Consider who you might want to interview based on experience and connection to your field of study. Establish an interview date/time. Prepare a set of interview questions (see additional handout). Lead the interview following your question set. Summarize your findings from the interview in a paper and incorporate in and out-of-class references.
