Present a review of the research on your topic. The research should be integrated- the review should summarize the articles and draw conclusions based on the evidence overall.
· Critically analyze the evidence; based on how the research was conducted, how much weight should be given to the findings? What do the research findings across the articles suggest?
·How does the body of research address issues of diversity? What are the ethical or legal implications presented in the literature, if any? Note these issues in this section and more fully present them in the discussion section.
· Note the theoretical perspectives or models that are referenced in the research. How do the authors frame the research question?
