Identifying All of your Emotions
Working with the range and intensity of emotions is essential in understanding your clients accurately and helping them to “see” the complexity of their experiences. Using the feelings chart provided on Canvas, provide a self-reflection on each of the 100 emotions listed starting with the less intense emotions and building up to the most intense. Keep this list handy when practicing your reflections and using your basic skills with others.
