FYI: Please avoid repetition of case facts and long expositions. General solutions to specific problems will get you little credit. Consider what and why you believe are the most important factors. Both quantitative and qualitative analyses are important. Creativity in analysis and suggestions that are grounded in case facts will be given high credit. Please state any assumptions made clearly.
