We have to choose a scenario that we saw in our clinical experience that has to do with either good or bad communication. I want to do a scenario I saw in my mental health clinical. I’m in Bellevue hospital and the head nurse is Asian. We get to sit in rounds with the doctors and social workers while this head nurse tells them what went on the night before how the patients were and if they were compliant with their medication. I see from his strong accent since English is his second language that there is a bit of a language barrier and it’s hard to fully understand what he says. You really have to be looking at him and listening really carefully to understand what he is saying. In the end it’s worth having him because he is an amazing nurse and good at his job and is confident and knows how to deal with the patients on the psych ward. I need my paper to reflect this whole scenario and the words Autonomy, beneficence, non-maleficence, and justice need to be included in the paper.
