Stellarium settings as described below:
Turn on the
constellation art and constellation names and (if not
using web based Stellarium) turn on constellation borders (found
under “Viewing” > “Sky Markings” > “Sky Lore” >
“Constellations”
Turn on the
Ecliptic Line and Celestial Equator Line
Advance or
Reverse the date until the Sun enters the astrological sign you
choose.
Note the dates
the Sun enters the constellation and exits the constellation as you
continue to advance or reverse the date. Use the constellation
borders to determine the entry and exit dates. If you do not have
constellation borders simply estimate the half-way point between the
constellation and its neighbors and consider that the border.
