1. What do you think is a key message this program tries to deliver
2. How can the content of this video program be related to the major issues facing American Juvenile Justice today?
the video was about how young children was involved in crime that they felt was fun at the time and didn’t have the love/ attention so getting involved with gangs made them feel more secure. They are in jail for murders and as they get older understand what they did was not right. They all seemed to start doing small crimes that grew into a more serious crime.
The answers have to be in depth, engaging, substantive, and address some key points explained (issues facing American youth, status offender, juvenile delinquency, choice theory, general & specific deterrence, situational crime prevention)
