You will complete two (2) of the CLO prompts below. One of my choosing and one that you can choose from the remaining. Your responses will need to be at least 1/2 a page for each answer. This will not be easy if it is completed correctly. Be thorough and concise.
For this assignment:
Research your answer as needed but make the final submission come from your own voice and your own understanding.
Use visuals, graphics, links and anything that you would like to make your response complete. Do not fill the page with these elements but consider them additional to the 1/2 page written requirement.
You can be creative. It does not need to be a “writing chore”.

1.) Explain the difference between leaders and managers and how the changes occurring in the business environment are affecting the management function; describe the four functions of management, and the various leadership styles.
2)Evaluate and discuss the different management theories, explain the various issues involved in structuring organizations and how restructuring organizational culture, and informal organizations can help businesses adapt to change.
