Choose a Habitude not covered in class discussion, and present a five to seven minute creative summary on the principle it illustrates.
You can cover one or two of the Reflect and Respond Questions that follow the Habitude. Another option is to suggest an activity that one could do with employees, teammates or family that relates to the Habitude that you are covering.
