Assignment Question
Letter of recommendation is to be completed for my pediatric emergency nurse who is trying to get into a succession planning program.
Myself as a nurse manager of an emergency department and this person is one of my day shift pediatric emergency room nurse in the emergency department. She has brought a lot of education to the pedaitric emergency department coming from aanother hospital.
She has stepped into to help educate new hires who comes through the emergency department, and also helping being part of the costruction in pedaitrics. Again she is day shift in the ER. She is eagar to succeed, and grow, and make pediatrics better for the safety of her patients. She has already won the diasy award being nominated by a patient, as well has the nurse excellence award, and had had numerous of patient letters who the career she gives to patients. Other nurses often turns to her for support.
