USE FILE ATTACHED TO COMPLETE* After you and your group are finished with your Affinity Diagram, you should turn in the following information on D2L. The information should all be in one file, approximately 1-2 pages long (singlespaced 10pt font). Provide specific example(s) to support each of your points. You should write this like a reflection essay, not a Q&A document. The sub-points below are a guide for the kinds of things you should think and write about, not an outline for your assignment. 1. The name of your group (and your name!). Please note that this is an individual assignment – each person should do this assignment on their own. 2. A copy of your group’s final Affinity Diagram from Miro. Please export as a PDF using the Frame functionality in Miro. Alternatively, you can screenshot your Affinity Diagram and combine the images into a PDF. 3. For each of the top-level (green) notes in the hierarchy, a brief summary (maybe 3-5 sentences) of the important story/insights from that section of the Affinity Diagram. 4. Your reflections on your group’s process when creating the Affinity Diagram, including things like: o What aspects of the process were easy versus hard for you, and why? o What were the general characteristics of the notes you found easy versus hard to incorporate into the Affinity Diagram? Provide an example of each (easy vs. hard) to illustrate your points. 5. Your thoughts about your completed Affinity Diagram, including things like: o Are you happy with the way your Affinity Diagram turned out? Why or why not? o If you ever make another Affinity Diagram, what would you do differently based on your experience in this class? 6. Please, no feedback or comments on the usability of the online system used to create the affinity diagram. Two points will be deducted from your score if you do this.
