– Write another one-page maximum on the changes in consumers customer satisfaction from the 1950s to the 2020s.
Please use my example attached as a guideline for your work. You must follow these specific instructions on the format!!! (if not done properly, payment will not be released fully):
(A) No sentence more than two lines. Note that you can have as many sentences within a paragraph as you like. So, you could have, for example, six sentences of one line each.
(B) No paragraph more than six lines. Note that you can have as many paragraphs in an answer as you like. So, you could have 3-4 paragraphs in a single spaced half page answer.
Your paragraph structure has to be effective.
1. Start with a thesis sentence which establishes the connection between the concept and the pandemic. Cite the author/s and the date of publication at the end of the sentence. YOU NEED AT LEAST TWO ACADEMIC CITATIONS FOR EACH TOPIC.
2. Provide definition/s of each concept you are using.
3. Provide the evidence for the connection between the concepts you are dealing with (from the article or from your own experiences).
4. Conclude with an explanation of what this means in terms of marketing (later give more detailed implications in the last paragraph of each page for one or two of the findings).
This is your template:
The first paragraph, has the thesis sentence and all necessary definitions. Note that this is thesis is about consumers in the last century and the present one. The causes (wars, politics, other social/economic factors) of this are not needed here. The causes belong in the second paragraph, as discusses below.
The second paragraph argues and justifies the initial thesis with scholarly references, at least two. Provide research from at least two scholarly references, using the reference style (MLA). Make sure you justify and prove THE SAME thesis sentence whatever that is. Cite all sources at the end.
The third paragraph takes the thesis sentence (the first sentence of the first paragraph) into a marketing related strategy for today.
The fourth paragraph should be about your personal experiences on the thesis; and contrast it to your parents’ experiences in the last century. Talk to them and/ or your grandparents! There must be a contrast between you and them, because the paper is about changes in consumer behavior.
The final paragraph is a detailed marketing implication stemming from your thesis sentence. So, describe an ad or any other marketing strategy (use any one of the 4Ps) in detail. Give the target market in the first sentence of the final paragraph. Then give a specific (NOT A GENERAL STRATEGY).
Write with care. Details matter more than you think.
For each topic, I am looking forward to one page that fits like a jigsaw puzzle; a thesis that is clear and maintained throughout; well researched arguments that justify the thesis; and, a single, relevant marketing implication/strategy based on the thesis.
WORDS NEVER TO USE IN ANY OF THE WRITTEN ASSIGNMENTS
1. “BASED OFF OFF”. INSTEAD, WRITE “BASED ON”
2. “CORRELATE”. UNLESS YOU ARE USING IT IN A STRICTLY STATISTICAL SENSE [EXAMPLE: “THERE IS A POSITIVE CORRELATION OF .21 (P=<.05) BETWEEN ATTITUDINAL LOYALTY AND THE RELATIVE PRICE OF A BRAND (CHAUDHURI AND HOLBROOK 2001)”]. OTHERWISE, USE “CONNECTION”, "RELATIONSHIP", OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT IS APPROPRIATE.
3. AVOID ALL SLANG (“PRETTY MUCH”).
4. AVOID ALL SUPERLATIVES (AMAZING, GREAT, FANTASTIC, ETC.). WRITE FORMALLY, EVEN WHEN USING BULLETS.
5. “QUALITY”. INSTEAD, USE “RELIABILITY”.
