Because this is a scholarly essay, you should cite scholarly sources. Your paper should have a minimum of three scholarly works that you cite as you build your argument. To find these scholarly works, you can search via Google Scholar or use an ordinary Google search of the jstor database (jstor elements of effective organizational communication, for example). You may also consult the school or community library, of course. While you may feel free to cite and quote from the textbook, please understand that it will not count toward the minimum three scholarly sources.
