Listen to a Supreme Court oral argument.
Learn about the case (what is the legal questions the appellate court is deciding?) How did the lower courts rule on the case?
After viewing the proceeding, you should first briefly detail what you witnessed. Then, you should reflect on what you saw. What did you learn? What, if anything, surprised you? Now, reflect on the readings and materials from this course; you should cite some specific readings for this section of the paper. If you choose to discuss a particular work or theory, beyond the course materials, be sure to cite your source(s). How does your experience support or refute the scholarship on courts that you encountered in this class?
You need to make a proper introduction to the paper. You should include all citations in a reference page at the end. Papers should be six pages double-spaced, not including any references.
