The purpose of this assignment is to provide an opportunity to apply knowledge of the legal scope of practice of the Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN or LVN), and Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP/CNA) by describing the five rights of delegation and identifying differences between roles..
1. Each student will complete and submit this template; include references in APA format.
2. Once completed, your group will prepare a 5-minute poster presentation from a scenario, identifying which tasks will be performed by the RN and which will be delegated to the LVN/LPN, and the UAP/CNA.
3. Clear differentiation of roles and legal scope of practice should be apparent.

* To demonstrate you understand differences between each scope of practice, do not duplicate the same tasks/duties in more than one column even if multiple roles can perform them.
