Role of the Trial Jury
Many countries do not conduct a trial when addressing legal issues; as such, the American legal system is unique in this respect. Please discuss your thoughts on the role of the trial jury and whether this is a positive or negative aspect of our system of justice. Do you feel that our trial jury system has an inherent bias? If not, why not and if so, why, and what solution would you offer?
