Identify a process within your organization on which you would like to create a QI plan for a specific process and for which you would like to make recommendations for the implementation of the QI plan. You should choose your own work department or departments that you have some familiarity as to how it operates and a specific process such as patient processing through a facility, a process on a patient floor, laboratory services, or an operating room process to analyze and recommend improvements.
Format:
Provide a 300-word rationale for choosing the specific service area for the quality improvement plan you would like to use for this project. Your written work for this and all assignments in this course should follow APA style guidelines and should be uploaded to the assignment submission folder in this module.
