Select one consumer product that you have purchased recently. Describe the steps of the product design process and identify one component of the design process that could improve product performance.
Select one service that you have used recently. Describe the steps of the service design process and highlight one component of the service design process that may have caused problems using the service if the step would have been ignored in the design process.
