3 Day Diet Analysis Assignment Requirements:
The student will be responsible for tracking their intake for three (3) days.
The student will be performing a 3-day diet analysis assessment.
The following nutrient analysis program is available:
My FitnessPal (<= link) is available for free
Log in on your computer and create a free account (you will need the desktop version to submit the 3-day report)
write down your login and password
download the app on your phone to make tracking easier
What needs to be included in your analysis:
1) the actual food consumed
2) serving size/amount
3) the nutrients listed below in the diet history:
calories
carbohydrates
proteins
fat
sodium
fiber
cholesterol
water
NOTE: The actual analysis documents must be submitted as a PDF file as supporting documentation to the one-page report. No points will be awarded if not used directly from the program and if not included as attachments to the one-page report.

Report/Narrative 3 Day Diet Analysis: Each student must assess their average intake (add all three (3) days of each nutrient and divide by 3 to arrive at the average), over the three (3) days and provide a report that includes the following:
A—The students’ average intake of each nutrient.
Avg.xlsx -- an example of an average table
B—Provide anthropometric measurements:
Actual Height, Actual Weight, Sex, and Age.
Calculation of Ideal Body Weight.
When using the Estimated Energy Requirements (page 156), use your current Height, IBW Weight you calculated, Sex, and Age.
All math must be shown to receive full credit for IBW and EER Equations.
