You will write a 3.5 (min)- to 5-page (max; double spaced, times new roman, 12 point font, APA style, 1″ margins–title page, references, abstract do not count for page counts) report in which you summarize and integrate the main themes of the book you chose. You should answer the following questions in your report:
1) What are the main points outlined in the book?
2) What evidence do(es) the author(s) use to make these points?
3) How does the book relate to concepts we have discussed in class?
4) How can the concepts discussed in the book be applied to everyday life?
Please note: you are not to work with your other group members on your report. You can meet to discuss themes in the book as part of your group presentation. However, Part A should be conducted individually.
Moreover, you should be sure not to rely on online summaries of the book. I will be very sensitive to overlap in personal reports and overlap with online summaries. Plagiarism will be grounds for zero credit.
