Please write a one-page, single-spaced essay on your choice of one of three journal articles that are available to you. In your essay, in the first section, briefly summarize the highlights of the study. Your brief summary, in paragraph form, should indicate: (1) the question that was addressed; (2) the hypothesis or hypotheses of the research team; (3) a basic summary of the means used to address the question; (4) a brief summary of the results; and finally (5) what the authors took the results to mean. Then, in the second section, respond to the study: Did it make any connections to research ideas that are of interest to you? Did it leave any unanswered questions? (Influential studies often leave many unanswered questions). If you had unlimited resources, what sorts of research methods might you use to address any unanswered questions you may have?
