My decision that I had to make during difficult times in my last two years was to leave my job and put all my energy into creating a business and making it work and it is something that did work. It was a sacrifice to have to leave my job to give myself fully to my business.
This took place in May 2021.
My new business is baking French cookies commonly called macarons. It took me a year to make my own recipe and after that I opened my social page on the Instagram network for the first time and since then I have made orders for very close clients. Now other little problems have arisen where I have to think about expanding more and thus give a good service to my clients.
