Identify and define an area of interest in Socio Tech that you would like to focus on for the remaining weeks of this course. This topic will also be used as the foundation for your final assignment. It could be broad areas like climate change, global health, or inequality.
You may want to draw on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (https://www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/sustainable-development-goals/) to research and help you define the scope the problem you would like to focus on.
Make sure to answer the following questions about your topic:
What is the problem?
Who is the affected population?
What are your hopes / ultimate goals for solving this particular problem (location, gender, age range, etc. – be specific not too broad)?
Identify technology of socio tech venture, based on your area of interest
Identify 3 venture innovations that are working in this area – what are they doing?
